I'm Henok, 21 yrs old. I was born in Germany near Frankfurt. My parents are from Ethiopia. I am currently living in New York City, Booklyn, working for Metro World Child.
When I was 17 I founded an organisation in Ethiopia called "Project Love". This project is supporting 25 familes including 160 family members. We are providing basic needs for instance sending the kids to the schools, providing uniforms etc. Through our actions we want to show love.
When I turned 18 I started to serve and lead young people in a youth church in Frankfurt, Germany. I was also doing worship but my main focus has always been on teaching and preaching to the young people. I could witness a growth in our church and it has impacted my life in so many ways.
Starting to take responsibilty at a young age has helped me to develope several skills in leadership and equipped me for upcoming events.
I could use my gifts and talents to travel through different nations, speaking in different churches and at youth events.
As mentioned before I am now working for Metro World Child, preparing to start with Metro Ethiopia.
Our vision is to see leaders, teachers and pastors raised out of the streets worldwide, so they in turn will minister to the next generation.
